Accompany Doula Care is hiring a full-time Community Engagement and Grant Manager to oversee the management and execution of an award through the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s “Grants to Increase Maternal Care Access and Expand Delivery Models.” The individual will be responsible for taking the lead on creation of client-facing educational and evaluation materials, coordination of vendor partnerships and maintenance of comprehensive grant records for contracting and reporting purposes. They will coordinate and co-create workshops and trainings, ensuring that these educational efforts align with Accompany’s mission and goal. This role requires a collaborative approach, as the Community Engagement and Grant Manager will work closely with internal teams, external collaborators, and community partners to meet grant objectives and measurable outcomes.
